365:158…………..Cheese Pie

I know this looks nothing like a pie as you and I know it. This is a recipe that I learned from my friend, Bianca (and her mom) They are from Romania. It is made from layers of phyllo dough and butter. The filling is made from baker’s cheese, feta cheese, eggs, and vanilla sugar. A topping of more eggs and sour cream and more sugar is poured on before it is baked. It is heavenly. It is so good that I made myself almost sick because I ate so much.
