When our children were little, we used to buy them a Match Box or Hot Wheels car when we took them with us to the store. Two boys times many trips to the store equals a large box of cars. I sorted through them today and chose some to keep, some to donate and some to give to some little people we know.
Please note the relics of our life below, including a Darda race track car (the cat), a pink Ferrari, a combine, and a Zamboni! The Darda car was Max's and Bailey, our Westie used to grab it off of the track, causing Max to laugh hysterically. (age 2?) The combine is from our days in farm country in Illinois. The Zamboni will forever remind us of Ontario. The micromachines? Max used to play with these in church. He loved those tiny cars!
