Shout by Digitreats is the kit used. The circle shaped overlays are part of the Shout 365 kit. (You really should buy it, well worth the money!)

Awesome job Christy! I really like the other layout you did too - love the placement of the coloured circles at the bottom. My project 365 layout for the same week as yours includes the picture of Obama on t.v. as well!!!
