Of March Break and Leisure Time for Small Boys

It has happened. March Break is here. I have the children scheduled for lots of activities. They are going to Frozen Ropes for baseball camp in the mornings. You can see the Frozen Ropes site here: www.frozenropescanada.ca. My friend, Lee, owns the place with her husband, Louis. They are fabulous people and they've hired some terrific staff. If you are in the GTA, you might want to check them out for your kids. Today we are headed to see a movie, The Shaggy Dog. I remember the original from childhood, hope this one is better! Next week we will get much needed haircuts, go swimming, bowling, to the Dr. for physicals, and to Mountsberg to see the maple sugaring. Should be a fun week.

On another note, a professional organizer came to the American Women's club meeting yesterday. A guy- unusual for this business. He spoke about the psychology of clutter and getting "the guys" on board. You can see his stuff at www.decluttering .ca. He's coming for a consultation next week. I need some advice on how to tackle the basement. Our basement is our dirty little secret. (not any more since I'm mentioning it here!) I am an organized, methodical person. The basement is a bone of contention in our house! A quote from Steve's brochure that caught my attention. "At one time or another we are all notorious custodians of stuff." Does this resemble your life?

Here are some pics of what the boys are up to this morning. They are delighted to be free of snow pants and hats.
